As improvements to signaling, resiliency, and passenger facilities are made and new vehicles for the fleet are delivered, the facilities and operate and maintain these modern improvements day-to-day must be improved as well. • Transforming existing rail facilities to be able to meet the dimensions and specifics to maintain and operate new LRVs.
